Exchange & Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to deliver quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 Return Policy

1.             Returns are only applicable in the following situation:

Damaged or Broken Products - If the product you receive is broken or damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof. We will verify the issue and arrange a resolution.

2.           No returns are accepted under the following conditions: If the product has been used or is not in its original condition. If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

3.          No return is accepted on orders placed on COD: If you receive an item which is broken or damaged and your order was placed on COD, we will offer an exchange or store credit after due verification.

4.        After, the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the product and shall initiate store credit to you for unlimited time. We do not offer refund, in any case, whatsoever.

5.    No returns are accepted on items purchased during Clearance Sales, Seasonal Sales, or Promotional Offers.

6.             Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy

1.             We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Delivered - If you receive an incorrect item or the item does not meet your requirements, we will offer an exchange or store credit after due verification. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof. We will verify the issue and arrange a resolution.

2.          No exchanges are accepted under the following conditions: If the product has been used or is not in its original condition. If the exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

3.          You can opt for exchange of the same product with a fresh piece or a different product of the same order value. In case you choose a product, which is higher than the original order value, you will be required to make the payment of the difference amount.

4.      In case of exchange requests due to items being unsatisfactory to your needs, we offer exchange only once.

5.           We do not initiate refund in cases of exchange requests.

6.           Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

 Store Credit

1.         In cases where an exchange is approved but the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the same amount of the order value after deducting the shipping charges, applicable, if any. 

2.        Store credit can be used for any future purchases of the same value of the returned/ exchanged order on our website.

3.         Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Timelines

1.       Once the exchange/return pickup is arranged, it typically takes 10–15 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.

2.        After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the processing of exchange or store credit may take an additional 2–3 weeks, as the case may be.

3.          You will be notified via email or SMS once the process is complete.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

1.                  Products purchased during Clearance Sale, Flash Sale, or any Discounted Promotion.

2.                  Items that show signs of use, damage (not caused by shipping), or alteration.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1.             Email us at vedanshartcreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2.             Mention your Order ID, include photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

3.             Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

4.         If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable) or you will be asked to ship the product back to our address.

5.             Once received and verified, the exchange or store credit process will begin.

6.             Decision of Vedansh Craft will be final for accepting/ refusing any return/ exchange request.

Important Notes

1.         We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.

2.        Shipping costs for returns (when not due to our error) may be deducted from your store credit.

3.         If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to courier the item yourself.

FAQs

Q: Can I get a refund instead of store credit?

A: No, we only provide store credit for eligible exchange cases. Refunds are not applicable unless the product is broken and we cannot offer a replacement.

Q: What if I missed the 48-hour window to report the issue?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or returns after 48 hours of delivery.

Q: Can I initiate return on COD order?

A: Unfortunately, we do not process return request on COD orders and only offer exchange.

Q: Can I exchange a product I bought during a sale?

A: No, sale items (including Clearance Sales) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
