This website www.vedanshcraft.com (the "Site") is operated by Vedansh Art Creations Pvt Ltd ("Vedansh Craft", "Company", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the Site, these terms refer to Vedansh Art Creations Pvt Ltd.
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing anything from us, you ("user", "you", "customer") engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including all policies referenced herein by hyperlink, including our Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy, both of which form an integral part of these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the Site, place an order, or use any part of the Service. Continued use of the Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Site, without prior individual notice. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products to you. We are not responsible for any downtime, technical failure, or data issue arising from the hosting platform or any third-party service provider.
Section 1. Eligibility & Account
1.1 By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and order placement. We are not responsible for non-delivery, delay, or any other consequence arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
1.4 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, including for suspected fraud, abuse, policy violation, or excessive/frivolous return-exchange requests.
Section 2. Products, Pricing & Availability
2.1 We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, and details accurately. However, as our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, weave, print, or finish between the displayed image and the delivered product are natural and do not constitute a defect (see our Return & Exchange Policy).
2.2 Product images may also vary slightly due to screen/display settings on your device, for which we are not responsible.
2.3 All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without liability to you.
2.4 In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing-feed error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment collected. If payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund/store credit for the cancelled order.
2.5 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, and to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason.
Section 3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. A confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage prior to dispatch, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund or store credit issued in such cases.
3.2 We accept payments through the modes displayed at checkout, including prepaid (card/UPI/net banking) and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders are subject to the specific conditions set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, including no-return/refund except by way of exchange or store credit.
3.3 All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers.
3.4 In case of payment failure after debit, or duplicate payment, please contact us with transaction details; resolution timelines will follow our payment gateway/bank's processing timelines and are not guaranteed by us.
Section 4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines communicated on the Site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, customs, regional restrictions, force majeure events, or incorrect/incomplete address information provided by you.
4.2 Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, or upon handover to the courier partner where self-collection or third-party redirection is requested by you.
4.3 It is your responsibility to inspect the package and record an unboxing video per our Return & Exchange Policy at the time of delivery, to preserve any claim for transit damage.
4.4 Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Section 5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
5.1 All returns, exchanges, and related store-credit matters are governed exclusively by our Return & Exchange Policy, available at [insert link], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between that Policy and general statements on this page regarding returns, the Return & Exchange Policy shall prevail.
5.2 Orders may be cancelled by you only before dispatch, by contacting us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the Return & Exchange Policy upon delivery.
5.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage at our sole discretion, including for stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to service the delivery address, with a full refund or store credit issued for prepaid orders.
Section 6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, images, and the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Vedansh Art Creations Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service, the Site, or any content therein, for any commercial purpose, without our express prior written permission.
6.3 Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, product pictures, product designs, or content may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and damages.

You agree that you will not:
7.1 Use the Site or Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including intellectual property, consumer protection, or export control laws.
7.2 Transmit any virus, malware, worm, or code of a destructive nature, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems.
7.3 Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including in connection with orders, return/exchange claims (including manipulated or misleading unboxing videos/photos), or payment.
7.4 Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward our staff or representatives via email, WhatsApp, phone, or social media.
7.5 Any breach of this Section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of any store credit, in addition to any other remedies available to us at law.
Section 8. User Content & Reviews
8.1 If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for any marketing or business purpose, without any compensation to you.
8.2 We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any content at our sole discretion.

17.3 No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4 Assignment: We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
